Is Border Security as Important as Activists say?
Border security is now being tightened and strengthened by a lot of countries all over the world. For this reason, a lot on individuals have raised their voices to sound off about the issue especially in US territories.
Some people may oppose this, saying that these officials, even those not of the U.S., who imposes sterner border security, are really going too overacting. They do not know that by imposing this stronger rule, they keep their country safe from all the illegalities that may come in and out of a country.
Aside from preventing all illegalities to enter a country, a sterner border security will also prevent and protect its nationals, or anybody who is in it from the deadly act of terrorism. Terrorism being an international crime, is always feared by many, even those very strong nation.
Also one of the most common illegal practices that are being done in other countries and most especially in most of the US territories is illegal immigration. In the US alone hundreds if not thousands of illegal immigrants are infiltrating US soils as said by US immigration news.
It is a fact that US border patrol makes more than million apprehensions of illegal immigrants and illegal aliens every year. This is based form US immigration news. It is said that these illegal immigrants and illegal aliens violate US laws by unlawfully or illegally crossing US borders. Everyone should be aware that such acts are a serious offense and if ever repeated again, it is punishable by law and the violator will be charged of felony.
Although illegal entry or illegal immigration is not a serious crime for other countries, illegal immigration can cause an enormous drain on public funds of every country. In other countries mainly in the US, the quality of education, health care and other services that are being availed by Americans are undermined by the needs of countless numbers of poor and unskilled illegal entrants that were able to penetrate the US border.
